Thank you so much for your purchase and we are looking forward to our upcoming workshop!
Please take time to research what time the webinar takes place in your time zone. Please be prepared that it’s possible for us to go over by 30 minutes depending on questions.

The evening before we will email you the Meeting ID code for GoToMeeting.com. If you haven’t used the program before, the software installs in seconds:). After you log on, find your name on the control panel and click the little green mic next to your name. This will mute you, and prevents the rest of us from hearing feedback. When the meeting starts we will call roll and make sure all of you can hear us. It is important to be present for the start of the meeting because this is when we can try and help you try to resolve any technical issues.

You then will be able to see our screens as we edit. You are able to type in any questions as we go, or unmute yourself to ask a question.
**PLEASE keep yourself muted during the webinar as to not disrupt the sound quality for everyone else**
Please always feel free to ask questions or ask us to repeat a step, we are more than happy to do so and if you have a question, chances are someone else does too. We do not allow recordings or screenshots, but we welcome you to ask any questions, have us go over something again, so that you can add it to your notes and your memory.
Attached is the required contract. Please read, sign, and return via email in order to be eligible to receive the meeting ID: you can scan it or send a phone picture of this document. We are sorry but we don’t have electronic signature at this time.
For those of you who participated in a webinar with us in the past 30 days, it is not necessary to send the contract again.
If you do not have this contract to us by the time we send the log-on you will be unable to join the webinar. We will email you 24 hours prior to remind you to turn in your contract if we have not received yours.
If you join the webinar late, please join quietly and understand we are unable to stop the meeting to help with your technical issues.
